No contractor relationship with us

DFW Inherited House does not perform selling or buying work and is not a licensed real estate agent or broker. Any work is performed under a separate agreement between you and the contractor. The contractor is responsible for its own licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, and warranties. Every sale closes through a licensed Texas title company. You are free to get other offers.
